before a child is introduced to any ideas of a creator, before anyone teaches them about divinity or faith, they already know one.
it’s the parent.
the one who feeds them.the one who soothes them.the one who answers their cries.
in those early years, the parent is the all-knowing presence.the protector.the source.the creator.
and that is why the words we speak over children, the ways we touch them, the love we offer or withhold —all of it carries the weight of creation itself.
because when a child learns you are loved, they carry it as truth.and when they hear you are too much, they carry that too.
the parent becomes the first mirror of worth.the first lesson in safety.the first definition of love.
this is not about perfection —no parent can be flawless.
but it is about awareness.about remembering that in the earliest years, we are not only raising children —we are shaping their understanding of creation itself.
long before they can imagine a higher power, they have already met one.
