i believe the most ideal path for black men is entrepreneurship.
because working under someone else —
especially under white male authority —
is not just a job.
it is a reenactment.
a power dynamic thick with history.
to be told when to come,
when to leave,
how much you are worth.
it carries a weight
that entrepreneurship can break.
but freedom without purpose
can still become another trap.
if the only goal is money,
the chase will consume you.
but when there is purpose —
when the work is tied to vision,
to healing, to building something larger than survival —
entrepreneurship becomes liberation.
black men deserve more than labor.they deserve legacy.
